Trauma and Post Traumatic Stress
Simply put, trauma is what occurs when we experience a real or perceived threat which is greater than our coping abilities. Working in a job field which can subject employees to some of the hardest times in life is both honorable and can be extremely difficult. Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger after traumatic events. I can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the healing process
Relationships
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with couples and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen and improve the functioning of your relationship.
